On February 6, 2009, the Bowling Green State University community and colleagues from Northwest Ohio institutions gathered in the Lenhart Grand Ballroom of the Bowen-Thompson Student Union for the third annual BGSU Teaching and Learning Fair. This year’s Fair boasted 68 collaborative presentations from over 100 presenters. Here is a link to a list of presentations:

Dr. Mark Gromko welcomed the group and commended everyone for coming together, learning from one another, and celebrating best teaching and learning practices in all areas at BGSU. Here is a link to a picture slideshow from the Fair.

Dr. Gromko introduced the keynote speaker, Dr. Barbara J. Millis, Director of the Teaching and Learning Center at the University of Texas, San Antonio. Barbara’s presentation, titled “Persisting with Passion: Break-throughs in Teaching and Learning,” was well-received.
