Abstract: The Design for Leadership Distance Learning Program in Christian Education needs to move courses to fully online in order to more effectively meet the needs of students who do not have access to the campus Christian Education Program. Moving from a WebCT-based environment to a fully online system will include the following goals: marriage of sound pedagogy and effective teaching with course management technology, and training of instructors in a process for transforming their courses.
