Abstract: Tiffin University is requesting funding to integrate Promethean Activboard+2 and Camtasia technologies into the seated classrooms in an exciting interactive mode not used before in our classrooms. Students will benefit by maintaining a high level of student interest and promoting more participatory and effective learning. We will enhance professional development and current technologies in our classrooms and courses, and the learning community will ultimately apply and enhance a significantly more technologically/pedagogically robust course to greatly enhance our online learning program at Tiffin University, resulting in increased retention rates and better prepared graduates. Education majors will utilize these technologies in future jobs.
