Designing Rubrics to Assess Student Learning
This session introduces instructors to three common types of educational rubrics for directly assessing achievement of student learning and a process for beginning to design them. The workshop is aimed at participants who have limited to moderate experience and knowledge of rubrics. Participants receive examples of different types of rubrics as well as have opportunities for designing their own beginning rubrics.
