The first new residence hall on campus in 35 years, the 350-bed Adams Hall is designed with living/learning spaces that encourage social interaction between students and faculty. Designed to support the University master plan and respect the architectural vernacular of the campus, the 110,000 sq. ft. residence hall includes four floors on top of an enclosed parking deck. The Wireless Communication/Radio Frequency Research (WC/RFR) Building is a 40,240 square foot, two-story laboratory and office facility developed for the Science and Technology Campus Corporation (SciTech) on the western edge of the Ohio State University campus in Columbus, Ohio. Embracing SciTech's mission, the WC/RFR Building aspires to host students, scientists, academics and visitors in a variety of creative spaces for work and study. Ranging from intimate closed offices to highly collaborative, public interior and exterior spaces, the building invites occupants to move in and around it with ease.
