Linda received her undergraduate degree from Heidelberg College and her master’s degree in College Student Personnel from
Bowling Green State University. A long-term employee of BGSU, she has an extensive background in communications and marketing,
as well as in advising, administration, and working with adult learners.

Sally received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Kent State University and has worked as an academic advisor at Kent
State, Malone College, Owens Community College, and BGSU. Prior to joining the advising staff in the College of Technology,
she was an advisor for Student Support Services on campus. She is especially skilled at dealing with diverse student populations.

Monica is the person of first-contact in the Program Services Office. A former Bowling Green student, she is well versed in
BGSU policy and procedure, having worked previously in the College of Arts and Sciences.
