General Description The College of Technology at Bowling Green State University is seeking to fill the position of Associate Dean for Undergraduate Affairs. The College of Technology is comprised of four departments: Architecture and Environmental Design, Construction Management Technology, Engineering Technologies, and Visual Communication & Technology Education.

The University Recently identified as 11th ranked for undergraduate teaching in the 2009-10 edition of US News & World Report’s “America’s Best Colleges”, BGSU aspires to be the premier learning community in the State of Ohio and one of the best in the nation. BGSU is a public, state-assisted university with an enrollment of over 20,000 students. The DET is growing, and with five undergraduate majors, a Masters in Technology Management degree, and a Ph.D. in Technology Management as part of a consortium with five other institutions, has approximately 350 students, many who are non-traditional. The DET is making steady progress toward ETAC-ABET accreditation with selected majors, and all majors are currently ATMAE accredited. The College of Technology has approximately 1300 undergraduate and graduate students. Campus location, 20 miles south of Toledo, Ohio, offers many opportunities for service and research involvement.
