Variable number of $1,000 awards annually to rising sophomores, juniors, or seniors with a minimum 2.5 GPA who are enrolled in the College of Technology; preference to Wood Count students. - Ben Gedeon Memorial Scholarship
One variable award to a full-time undergraduate student in the College of Technology. Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0, be a rising sophomore, junior, or senior with a minimum of 30 semester hours to complete, demonstrate economic need and show evidence of the number of siblings within the immediate family by providing a brief essay. Two letters of recommendation required. Preference is given to Wood County residents. - Dr. Frank Dick Technology Book Award
Variable award to a full-time undergraduate student in the College of Technology who demonstrates financial need and maintains a minimum 2.5 GPA. - Frederick C. Stone Memorial Scholarship
Three variable awards to rising juniors or seniors in the College of Technology, with a minimum 3.0 GPA; preference given to Tiffin or Seneca County residents. - Laimbeer Family Scholarship
Variable awards annually to a rising sophomore, junior, or senior in the College of Technology who demonstrates financial need. Full-time enrollment is required. - Rosemary and Reginald Barrett Technology Scholarship
One variable award to a rising sophomore, junior, or senior with a minimum 2.5 GPA who is enrolled in the College of Technology, who demonstrates financial need; preference given to Engineering Technology majors. - Savage Family Leadership Scholarship
One variable award to a full-time undergraduate student in the College of Technology. Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 and be a rising junior or senior who demonstrates financial need and has a record of leadership involvement in the College of Technology and/or BGSU. Students must submit a 500-word essay and career goal statement describing present and future leadership activity and potential. - Wilfred Williams Scholarship
Variable awards annually to a major in the College of Technology with an interest in metal stamping technology, demonstrating ability, interest, and leadership.
Architecture/Environmental Design
- The Collaborative Scholarship
One award to a rising sophomore, junior, or senior with a minimum 2.5 GPA who is enrolled in the College of Technology and demonstrates financial need; preference to Architecture/Environmental Design major. - SSOE Group Architecture Scholarship
Award to a rising junior or senior with a declared major in Architecture/Environmental Design with a minimum 3.2 GPA, who demonstrates financial need according to the Office of Financial Aid; preference to a racial or gender minority and/or a student who has, is or hopes to co-op with SSOE.
Aviation Studies
- Ione Shelton Memorial Scholarship
One variable award annually to a full-time student pursuing a degree in Aviation Studies. Must have a minimum overall GPA of 3.0, minimum of 30 semester hours still to be completed before graduation, and demonstrate economic need. - Jack Raney Aviation Studies Scholarship
One variable award annually to a full time student enrolled in the Aviation Studies program. The applicant must have a minimum overall GPA of 3.0, a minimum of 30 semester hours still to be completed before graduation, and demonstrate economic need. - Robert W. Innis Aviation Studies Award
One variable award annually to a rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in Aviation Studies, who demonstrates financial need, scholarship, and leadership in Aviation Studies activities. - Wesley K. Hoffman Scholarship
One variable award annually to a full-time student enrolled in the Aviation Studies program. Must have a minimum overall GPA of 3.0, minimum of 30 semester hours still to be completed before graduation, and demonstrate economic need.
Construction Management
- Department of Construction Management PBC Scholarship
Two annual awards to full-time students in good academic standing with a declared major in Construction Management who demonstrate financial need. Preference will be given to students who seek to focus on residential construction. The recipients must maintain a 2.5 GPA through the year of the scholarship. Failure to do so will result in the revocation of the scholarship. - Industrial Power Systems Scholarship
Variable award to a student in good academic standing who is enrolled full-time in Construction Management. Preference to students whose parents, grandparents, or family members were or are employed by Industrial Power Systems or to students whose parents, grandparents or family members are active in a unionized trade organization work force. If applicable, attach proof of Industrial Power Systems/unionized trade organization affiliation to the scholarship application. - Kuhlman Corporation Scholarship
One award annually to a rising senior or graduate student in good academic standing in Construction Management, with a record of work experience, academic performance for carrying out independent research in this area and commitment of time appropriate to the purpose of this award. - Mosser Construction Scholarship
Variable awards. The Mosser Construction, Inc. in celebration of its 50th anniversary, founded in 1998 this scholarship to recognize students exhibiting leadership attributes in construction-related studies. - Retail Contractors Association Scholarship
One $1,500 award annually to a student enrolled in the area of Construction Management with an interest in commerical construction following graduation. The applicant must have a minimum 2.5 GPA overall and achieve and maintain a 3.0 in the major for the duration of the award and demonstrate economic need. - Rudolph/Libbe Construction Management and Technology Scholarship
One or more variable awards annually to rising juniors, seniors, or graduate students in the Construction Management and Technology program, based on scholastic ability only. - SSOE Group Construction Management Scholarship
Award to a rising junior or senior with a declared major in Construction Management with a minimum 3.2 GPA, who demonstrates financial need according to the Office of Financial Aid; preference to a racial or gender minority and/or a student who has, is or hopes to co-op with SSOE.
Engineering Technology

One variable award annually to a full-time student enrolled in the Quality Systems option of the Engineering Technology program. - Herby C. Barre' Memorial Scholarship
One variable award to a full-time undergraduate student in Engineering Technology. Applicant must be a resident of Ohio and earned a minimum GPA of 2.8 in their first two semesters.
Technology Education
- E. C. Powell Memorial Scholarship
One variable award annually to a rising senior in Technology Education with a minimum 3.25 GPA in the major and a 3.0 overall, with financial need, and leadership in campus activities. - Robert W. Innis Industrial Teacher Education Scholarship
One variable award annually to a rising junior or senior Technology Education major with financial need, scholarship, and leadership in this field. - Robert C. Roe Family Scholarship
One variable award annually to a freshman Technology Education major with financial need, a minimum 3.0 GPA in high school, and demonstrated involvement in extracurricular activities.
Visual Communication Technology
- SFC Graphics Inc. Scholarship
One variable award annually to a Scott High School senior pursuing a degree in Visual Communication Technology or a VCT major; recipient shall demonstrate a strong interest in a printing industry related career and agree to accept alternating cooperative education assignments with SFC Graphics, Ind.; preference to minority students from Scott High School. - VCTO Book Scholarship
Recipients shall be an undergraduate student in good academic standing, demonstrate financial need, and be an active VCTO member (regularly participate in activities and meetings). Variable amount.
