What is the turnaround time?
Same day, 2 days at the most.

Can you print on two sides?
We cannot print on two sides of our material. Only one side is specially treated for running through our machines.

Can I save money if I bring in my own material?
We print only on our own material because our printer profiles are not set to accept material other than our own. If we print on foreign material, unintended problems may occur such as color mismatch, pooling, wrinkling, or bleeding.

Can you create a profile to accept the material I bring in?
Profiles take a lot of time and resources to test.  Some material may not even be compatible with inkjet printers, causing a large waste in resources.

What is the largest the scanning bed can hold?
The scanning bed will scan up to 12"x17".  We may be able to scan larger pieces in multiple scans and piece them together.

Does printing in black and white save me money rather than printing color?
Our printers will print at the same quality whether with or without color.

What is the largest you can print?
Our largest operational printers can print up to 60" wide by the length of roll.  Depending on the material we are printing on, the maximum width may vary.

What is a your standard poster size?
We do not have standard sizes.  The customer determines the dimensions of a project.

Do you laminate?
No, but BGSU Instructional Media Services can laminate up to 24" wide and they offer great rates. 419-372-6998

How do we pay for your services?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, checks, cash and BG1.

What are your hours?
We are open from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday.
