Scheduling
All Creative Arts Program recitals must be scheduled by the Director of the Creative Arts Program, located in room 1033. The Scheduling Manager will not accept any requests for Creative Arts Program recitals from CAP faculty.
Programs/Publicity
News Service is our contact with the local media. Any special promotion for your CMA/CAP event, including initiating contact with the media, must be approved by the PE office. This is a policy of the University’s Office of Marketing and Communications.
Instructors teaching for Creative Arts will be given priority for scheduling their CAP students in recitals sponsored by Creative Arts.
Program Copy is due three weeks prior to recital date and should be turned in to the CAP office and/or area coordinator.
