When using the 2008–2009 or 2007–2008 forms to type within the form, it may be necessary to download the form to your computer first, and then open, complete and print the form. There is a known issue with some Safari users and the implementation of the Adobe PDF plugin for Safari that is causing significant problems with these forms.
