Instructor, Theatre for Youth and Arts Management; Aimee Reid holds an MFA in Theatre for Youth and a masters certification in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from Arizona State University. Having received her undergraduate degree in theatre from Bowling Green State University, she gladly returns to the Midwest to work for her beloved BGSU. Aimee also teaches and directs at the Children’s Theatre Workshop in Toledo, OH. Her passions are new play development and directing plays—recent directing credits include Aesop’s Fables with BSGU’s Treehouse Troupe touring program, Fly/Lyf (now With Two Wings) with the Phoenix Fringe Festival in Phoenix, AZ, The Blue Light (And Other Stories), Fantastic Mr. Fox, and The Just So Stories (musical). She is a member of AATE and TYA/USA and is a Doyle Special Recognition Scholar. | |
