Sujin Lee

Soprano Sujin Lee holds a Master’s Degree from the Manhattan School of Music and an Artist’s Diploma from the Academy of Vocal Arts in Philadelphia.  Her operatic credits include the Countess in Le Nozze di Figaro, Rosalinde in Die Fledermaus, Donna Anna and Donna Elvira in Don Giovanni, Mimi in La Boheme, Cio-cio-san in Madama Butterfly, Liu in Turandot , the title role in Suor Angelica and Leonora in Il Trovatore.  Ms. Lee has toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe.  Of her performance of Cio-cio-san with Teatro Lirico d’Europa, the Boston Phoenix said:  “It's not often that Boston - or any town- hears a BUTTERFLY on the order of Korean soprano - Sujin Lee: her voice remained full and rich at the top, the aural equivalent of a room full of cherry blossoms. She also has the most radiant smile. Her characterization was superb”  Sujin has also performed with the Delaware Opera Company, the Dicapo Opera theatre in New York, the Westfield Symphony Orchestra in New Jersey and the Ocean City Pops in Ocean City, NJ.
