Hester J. Mundis is a TV comedy writer, former editor, and author of fiction and non-fiction books. She has written under various pseudonyms, including Miriam Asher, Virginia Morgan, and Aynn Westminster. Two of her well known works are Heart Songs for Animal Lovers and No, He’s not a Monkey, He’s an Ape and He’s My Son.
The Hester J. Mundis Collection of .2 linear feet consists of the unpublished article, "Stop that Virgin". This article was donated to Bowling Green State University ca. 1969. The collection has no restrictions placed upon its use for scholarly purposes. Researchers are responsible for securing copyright permission when using all unpublished manuscripts and published works.

Biographical Sketch
Hester J. Mundis was born December 22, 1938, in Brooklyn, NY. She attended Hunter College and Brooklyn College, both City Universities of New York. She is a former editor at various publishing houses.
