The postcard collection is divided into four main categories, each of these with sub-categories. The four main categories
are:
- Subject
- This category is organized by subject and, in some cases, more specific subjects (e.g. Birds--Swans).
- U.S.
- This category is organized by state, then by city within that state.
- International
- This category is organized by country, then by city within that country.
- Oversize
- This category is organized by the above three categories.
Many of the postcards in our collection have dates on them (and also messages to other individuals), but many do not.
