Welcome to the Northwest Ohio Quarterly homepage. Founded in 1927, it is a joint publication of the Lucas County/Maumee Valley Historical Society and the Department of History of Bowling Green State University. Articles focus on the political, cultural, economic, and social history of Northwest Ohio, the Great Lakes, and the surrounding region. Reviews of publications on the history of the region are included in each issue.
