Cataloging Procedures for the New Music Festival Materials
Step One:
Materials are submitted to the MidAmerican
center for contemporary music and are entered into a local database. After
the festival is held in the fall, the materials are sent to the music library
for cataloging and housing.
All Scored are placed in Tyvek envelopes
of appropriate size. Recordings are kept with the scores until
they are cataloged.
