| 2) Some scores are merely photocopies of original scores and may not be suitable for performance or research if they are not kept in a proper environment. |
| 3) Labels on recording start falling off after a short time. |
| 4) Many scores contain staples or paper clips that need to be removed before shelving. |
| 5) More space and a better environment are both necessary to continue housing and preserving this collection. |
