CITING AND DOCUMENTING SOURCES
Introduction
The objectives of this module are to learn how to properly cite and document the various sources you use in your research, and thus not plagiarize. Specifically, this modules covers:
- Understanding what plagiarism is.
- Learning when and how to cite sources within a paper -- including summary, quotation, and paraphrase.
- Learning proper APA citation style.
Also included is a reference page to various online citation resources, and worksheets to aid you in properly documenting your sources..
Each part of this module should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. You may select any of the sub-sections below, although we recommend that you follow the module sequentially.
