CITING SOURCES
Throughout this module, and the site overall, you have been encouraged to record BIBLIOGRAPHIC information on each of your sources. You need this information to properly list your sources at the end of your research essay.
Some terms to keep in mind:
MLA Citation Style: For research papers concerning the arts and humanities.
APA Citation Style: For research papers concerning the sciences and social sciences, including education, psychology, and information science & technology.
WORK CITED PAGE: Lists only the sources that you actually cite in your research paper. For MLA style.
BIBLIOGRAPHY: Lists all sources your used in and consulted for your research paper. For MLA style.
REFERENCES PAGE: Lists sources you used in and consulted for your research paper. For APA style.
ANNOTATED BIBLIOGRAPHY: Same as bibliography
except you also include a short 3- to 4-sentence summary of each source.
We will focus on APA CITATION STYLE
This section should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
