Covers the 15th Congress beginning Dec 1, 1817 through the 91st Congress, 1st session, Dec 23, 1969.
This will eventually be a useful tool to identify libraries holding specific volumes of the U.S. Serial Set. It can be used now to verify serial volumes and whether they were issued or not.
