Request for Book/Monographs - Jerome Library

This form is for books or items available at Jerome Library. Materials will normally be available the next business day after receipt of the request. Books/monographs are held at the circulation desk for 10 days.

To pick up and borrow items, patrons must have a valid patron account in the library database and either a valid BGSU ID or a valid Courtesy Card. For information about your account, call 419-372-2051 during open library hours, or consult the borrowing policies page.
