Jerome Library Services for Patrons with Disabilities

Request for Articles

This form is for requesting copies of articles from journals from the Jerome Library. Materials will normally be available the next business day. Photocopying charges are 10 cents perpage for up to 50 pages, 5 cents per page for over 50 pages, plus tax. Microfiche/film copying charges are 20 cents per page plus tax.

Minimum bursar charge is $1.00.

To request items, patrons must have a valid patron account in the library database and either a valid BGSU ID or a valid Courtesy Card. For information about your account, call 419-372-2051 during open library hours, or consult the borrowing policies page.
