The 1990s saw the construction of Olscamp, East Hall and the Charles Perry Fieldhouse. The Fine Arts Center was greatly expanded. Thanks to a lagging state economy, the decade was a time for belt-tightening on campuses around Ohio. Funds for buildings were directed at interior work--renovations continued on many of the residence halls and academic facilities.
