Student Life: Student Government
Student government at Bowling Green State University has a long and complex history. From the beginning, each class elected officers to lead and organize its social activities. As enrollment grew, students felt a need for a university-wide governing organization to work on common problems and to represent the student voice to faculty and administration. The form this organization took has changed many times over the years and continues to evolve.
