The Initiative
This website is under the direction of Michael D. Coomes, Ed.D., Department Chair and Associate Professor of Higher Education and Student Affairs, Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio.  Sally Click, doctoral research assistant, 2005-2007, was instrumental in developing and maintaining the site from its inception. The site went public in November 2006. The site is currently maintained by Michelle Rodems, doctoral research assistant.

Web Site Design
The layout and design of this site are the creative products of Jessica Faulk, recent graduate of Bowling Green State University's College Student Personnel Program and current Assistant Director of Residence Life at Simmons College.

Student Affairs History Project logo design
We are indebted to Amy Fidler, Instructor of Graphic Design (ARTD 403 - Identity Design) and the talented students enrolled in her spring 2006 course. They listened patiently as we described our roots and growth and, to no surprise, developed a very organic and dynamic expression of our profession's development. This was an exercise of applied learning and we appreciated participating in the process.
