Mr. Short
Dr Sir,
Yours of 26 is at hand I will make you part payment in March and will pay up all that is due during next Spring and Summer and pay Eight percent Interest on all payments after due. You have been very lenient and if you feel you can extend as alone I will be very thankful. There has been a number lookin at the Hotell my price is a little more than $2500 and I have no doubt of having an opportunity of selling for more in the Spring two or three offerd $2500 and I heard with the last two days that one of them threatened I would be compelled to sell at his figures. If I can sell the two lots on Main St. and pay up for them and apply what I sell for alone the price of the Lots on the Hotell Property could I get a release from the mortgace on the Lots the Deed for Hotell & lots is all together.
Respectfully
John Reynolds
