Throughout her life, Ella P. Stewart kept a series of scrapbooks. Some of these scrapbooks document events in her life and others preserve a record of race relations in the United States, north and south, from about the 1920s through the 1970s. Highlights from these scrapbooks are presented here. Some of these views are also presented in the December 2006 Archival Chronicle and the accompanying Gallery.
