 Introduction

The records from St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Upper Sandusky, Ohio were transferred for microfilming to the Center for Archival Collections, Bowling Green State University, on August 11, 1986, with the cooperation of Carol E. Swihart. The collection consists of five volumes of record books, dating from 1861 to 1986, and including such information as baptisms, marriages, funerals, confirmations, list of active members and communicants, and the early constitutions and bylaws. Also included in this collection are seven volumes of minute books, 1911-1986 (with some gaps in the holdings) documenting the activities of the Ladies Aid Society, later named the American Lutheran Church Women, as well as one treasurer book, 1907-1920.

No restrictions exist on the research use of this collection. The finding aid was prepared by Ann Bowers in September 1986.
