Introduction
The records of the St. Anthony's Church, Milan, Ohio were transferred for microfilming to the Center for Archival Collections,
Bowling Green State University, on June 27, 1985, with the cooperation of Rev. William G. Auth. The collection consists of
two volumes of a pastor's register, title "Book of Announcements," dating from 1907-1919, and including weekly information
on marriages and funerals conducted, contributions, church holidays, and church services. Also included in this collection
is one cemetery record book which dates from 1889 to 1972 and includes entries on location of burial plots, names and dates
of burials, and expenses incurred and paid. More records from this church may be found at MS 909 mf.
There are no restrictions on the research use of this collection. The finding aid was prepared by Ann Bowers in July 1985.
