Introduction
The records of the Emanuel Lutheran Church, Olentangy, Ohio were transferred for microfilming to the Center for Archival Collections,
Bowling Green State University, in October 1983, with the cooperation of Lucy Spiegal. The record book (1902-1935) contains
the constitution of the church in German and English as well as records of communion, lists of officers, baptisms, marriages,
offerings, deaths, and a short history of the church. Additional record volumes were filmed in 2002, covering the periods
1850-1903, and 1901-1975.
There are no restrictions on the research use of this collection. The finding aid was prepared by Susan Hagemeyer in October
1983, with an addition made by Marilyn Levinson, Curator of Manuscripts, in May 2002.
