 Introduction

The records of three Crawford County churches were transferred for microfilming to the Center for Archival Collections, Bowling Green State University, in July 1983, with the cooperation of Lucy M. Spiegel, president of the Crawford County Chapter of the Ohio Genealogical Society. The records are from Oakland Lutheran Church, Tiro, Ohio (1842-1944); United Brethren Church, Oceola, Ohio (1850-1927); and the First English Lutheran Church, Crestline, Ohio (1854-1935).

There are no restrictions on the research use of this collection. The finding aid was prepared by Karen Snow in July 1983.
