Introduction
The records of the St. Thomas Episcopal Church, Port Clinton, Ohio, were transferred for microfilming to the Center for Archival
Collections, Bowling Green State University, in December 1982 with the cooperation of Rev. Mark Bigley, Pastor, and the Genealogical
Society of Utah. The collection (1896-1982) consists of three record books. There are no restrictions on the research use
of this collection. This finding aid was prepared by Ann Jenks in December 1982.
Scope and Content
The St. Thomas Episcopal Church collection largely consists of lists of baptisms, communicants, confirmations, marriages,
and burials. A record book (1896-1907) also includes a history of the church, a list of families, and church offerings. Also
part of the collection are a record book (1933-1982) and a marriage register (1934-1982).
