Introduction
The records of Orange Presbyterian Church Collection were transferred for microfilming to the Center for Archival Collections
with the cooperation of Stan Steiner in July 1996.
The collection consists of five Record Books, four Attendance and Collection Books, and three volumes of Session Minute books.
The Records Books span 1868 to 1961 and contain baptisms, marriages, and deaths. The Attendance and Collection Books, arranged
chronologically from 1910 to 1918, contain members names and amounts contributed. The Session Minutes, 1844 to 1916, contain
membership lists as early as 1847 as well as pew lists for 1845.
The church later became known as the Nankin Federated Church.
This register was prepared by Jason Wesco and Susan Hughes in August 1996. No restrictions exist on the use of this collection.
