Introduction
The records of the Memorial United Methodist Church of Fremont, Ohio were transferred to the Center for Archival Collections
for microfilming with the cooperation of Vonda R. Kokai and the Hayes Presidential Center in April 1993.
The Memorial United Methodist Church was formed out of four congregations belonging to the Green Creek Circuit of the Sandusky
County Methodist Conference. These congregations were earlier known as the Eden United Methodist Church of Bettsville, the
Mt. Calvary United Brethren Church of Washington Township, and the Mt. Lebanon United Brethren Church and the Methodist Protestant
Church both of Fremont.
No restrictions have been placed on the research use of this collection and duplication is permitted. The collection was prepared
by Monica Manny in April 1993.
