First Lieutenant Orlando H. Barker
Orlando H. Barker enlisted as a 24 year old Private in Company I, 4th Ohio Volunteer Infantry on June 5, 1861, mustering into service the same day. Promoted to Corporal August 8, 1861, he was mustered out June 21, 1864.
Later in the war, he was commissioned First Lieutenant of Company C, 186th
Ohio Volunteer Infantry on February 26, 1865. Barker was mustered out September
18, 1865 at Nashville, Tennessee.
