Roster - Company B
Major Fernando C. Suhrer
Fernando C. Suhrer enlisted as a 23 year old First Sergeant in Company G,
107th Ohio Volunteer Infantry on August 12, 1862, mustering into service September
9, 1862. He was promoted to Sergeant Major to date December 29, 1862, and was
commissioned Second Lieutenant of Company B to date March 24, 1863. He was
promoted to First Lieutenant to date May 13, 1863, then to Captain to date
August 11, 1864. Suhrer was promoted to the rank of Major to date March 18,
1865 and was mustered out July 10, 1865 at Charleston, South Carolina.

Roster - Company E
Private John W. Puchta
John W. Puchta enlisted as a 35 year old Private in Company E, 107th Ohio
Volunteer Infantry on August 15, 1862, mustering into service September 9, 1862.
Captured July 1, 1863 at the Battle of Gettysburg, he was returned to his
regiment in October 1863. Puchta was mustered out July 10, 1865 at Charleston, Ohio.
