Roster - Company D, 69th OVI
Second Lieutenant William J. Faulkner
William J. Faulkner enlisted as a 26 year old Sergeant in Company D, 69th Ohio
Volunteer Infantry on October 28, 1861, mustering into service January 20, 1862.
He was commissioned Second Lieutenant to date June 21, 1862, and resigned his
commission May 17, 1863.

Roster - Company E, 69th OVI
Captain David Putnam
David Putnam enlisted as a 40 year old Captain in Company E, 69th Ohio Volunteer
Infantry on October 10, 1861, mustering into service January 20, 1862. He resigned
his commission June 20, 1863.

Sergeant Isaac N. Arnold
Isaac N. Arnold enlisted as a 21 year old Private in Company E, 69th Ohio
Volunteer Infantry on November 8, 1861, mustering into service on January 20,
1862. He was promoted to Sergeant November 19, 1863. Arnold was severely wounded
in the left arm August 11, 1864 at Atlanta, the wound being seriously enough that
his arm was amputated. He was discharged for his wounds April 13, 1865.

Roster - Company F, 69th OVI
Private Robert M. McCoy
Robert M. McCoy enlisted as a 26 year old Private in Company F, 69th Ohio
Volunteer Infantry on October 26, 1861, mustering into service December 31, 1861.
Reenlisting as a veteran in 1864, he was mustered out July 17, 1865 at Louisville,
Kentucky.
