Captain Alfred G. Barnett
Alfred G. Barnett enlisted as a 22 year old Sergeant in Company H, 32nd Ohio
Volunteer Infantry on August 19, 1861, mustering into service the same day.
Commissioned Second Lieutenant to date September 15, 1862, he was promoted to
captain to date June 30, 1863. Barnett was mustered out November 10, 1864 at
Marietta, Georgia.
