Major Charles N. Lamison
Charles N. Lamison enlisted as a 35 year old Captain of Co. F, 20th Ohio Volunteer Infantry on April 27, 1861, mustering into service the same day. He was promoted to Major to date to date May 23, 1861 but his further record is unclear.

Captain Mathias H. Nichols
Mathias H. Nichols enlisted as a 35 year old Captain of Company A, 20th Ohio Volunteer Infantry on April 20, 1861, mustering into service April 27, 1861. He was mustered out August 29, 1861.

First Lieutenant Charles M. Hughes
Charles M. Hughes enlisted as a 28 year old First Lieutenant in Company A, 20th Ohio Volunteer Infantry on April 20, 1861, mustering into service April 27, 1861. He was mustered out August 29, 1861.
After returning home, Hughes raised Company H, 81st Ohio Volunteer Infantry, enlisting as its Captain on September 3, 1861 and mustering into service the same day. He was discharged September 3, 1862.

Thomas J. Hustler enlisted as a 29 year old Second Lieutenant in Company A, 20th Ohio Volunteer Infantry on April 20, 1861, mustering into service April 21, 1861. He mustered out August 29, 1861.

1861. Promoted to Corporal during his service, he was discharged for disability
August 16, 1862.
