University Libraries Serials Management Project, 2008
The University Libraries has concluded the Serials Management Project for 2008-09. We would like to thank everyone who participated
in this project, especially faculty, library representatives, and Department Chairs and Directors who reviewed serials titles
and made recommendations about what to keep and what could be cancelled. As a result of your input, in 2009, we will cancel
approximately $97,500 in journal subscriptions. This amount exceeds the cancellation target and we will begin subscriptions
to 45 new journals, beginning in 2009.
