Searching for Film and Media Studies Resources
There are many terms you can use to find film and media studies resources. Consult the “How to Find Books and Dissertations on Film History and Criticism” page from the University of California at Berkeley Library for many useful keywords.
Note: “motion pictures” or “moving pictures” are two of the more commonly used words instead of the word “film” in many article
indexes and databases.
Consult the We're Here to Assist You page for more searching help.
Additional searching tips to consult are Word vs. Subject Searches and Boolean Operators.
