Content Description:  Reproductions of U.S. State Department documents about Latin America, 1930-1944. Most documents are instructions to and despatches from diplomatic and consular officials, many with enclosures. There are also notes and correspondence between the State Department and foreign diplomats, memoranda and reports prepared by the State Department, and correspondence between the State Department and other government documents or private individuals. These documents are part of Record Group 59 in the U.S. National Archives and Records Administration.
