The majority of messages were to or from Prime Minister Attlee, Chiang Kai-shek, Prime Minister Churchill, Ambassador Harriman, Ambassador Hurley, General Marshall, General MacArthur, and Premier Stalin, although there are message to and/or from people such as General De Gaulle, General Eisenhower, Marshall Tito, and Heads of State worldwide.
