Use the Yahoo! Finance Company & Fund Index (when you know the name of a public company) or the Yahoo! Finance Market Guide - Industry Lists (when you want to browse industry lists) to locate information on public companies. Once you've found the company, use the
"Profile" link to display a page with business and financial summaries, as well as a link to the company home page.

Google You may find information about companies and the industry on the web via Google or another search engine. Always remember
