About
Rob Snyder received an M.L.I.S. from San Jose State University and a B.A. in English from Baldwin-Wallace College.
As a Reference and Instruction Librarian, Rob serves as a liaison to the departments of Media & Communication, Communication, Journalism, Telecommunications, Architecture & Environmental Design, Construction Management, Technology Systems, and Visual Communications and Technology Education. He is also responsible for providing library-related support for distance education and online degree completion programs at BGSU.
Rob’s research interests include the application of emerging technologies to classroom instruction, and finding ways to better provide library support for online and distance learners. He has published book reviews in Reference and User Services Quarterly, and presented at the Learning, Libraries & Technology Conference and ALAO (Academic Library Association of Ohio).
