Centennial Memories
Digital Scrapbook
OngoingCentennial Memories is a collection of past and present stories, images, and other digital artifacts donated by students, faculty, and staff of Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio. The University Libraries' Emerging Technologies unit and the Center for Archival Collections conceived of this project to help commemorate the one hundredth anniversary of the founding of Bowling Green State University. Centennial Memories is hosted and supported by campus Information Technology Services and the Office of the CIO.
Centennial QuiltsFebruary 1, 2010 through
November 9, 2010
Three staff members from the University Libraries have created eight unique wall-sized quilts using historical photos of the BGSU campus.  These quilts contain historical photos of the campus and will be displayed in the library throughout the year.

Deck Renovation Project
OngoingThe University Libraries plans to refurbish the exterior deck space by adding outdoor furniture and creating an environment that reflects the way we live, work, learn and play. The renovated deck will offer BGSU students, faculty and staff a new gathering place to study or socialize. Users will enjoy an outdoor environment for group projects or independent study.
Campus Historical TourOngoingA virtual tour through campus including contemporary buildings as well as those from the past. Aerial views by decade are a special feature.
Centennial PerspectivesOngoingA new photographic feature highlighting historical photographs and documents from our university's past. Please visit often as this feature grows.
Banned Books WeekOctober 2010Readings/discussions of banned books. Videos will be created and posted on YouTube.
