The Program

The Executive Master of Organization Development (MOD) is an 18-month program which accommodates the professional and personal responsibilities of the non-traditional graduate student. Instruction takes place via online technologies and only three on-campus weekends per semester.

With a focus on change leadership in order to achieve individual and organizational effectiveness, the program draws students from a variety of backgrounds (e.g., managers, small-business owners, human resource and training professionals, consultants).

Students interested in full-time study in organization development should consider the Master of Business Administration paired with the Graduate Certificate in Organizational Change. Further information on this degree offering can be found at http://www.cba.bgsu.edu/modbgsu/fulltimecurriculum.html.
