Firelands Electrical Outage

BGSU Firelands is currently completing upgrades of campus electrical lines and infrastructure which required closing campus and eliminating power to all buildings.

Because of this power outage, the BGSU Firelands web server and website are currently inactive. This page is in place in order to provide easy access to BGSU servers.

The campus will be closed, and the website will be inactive, from Friday, August 12 through Sunday August 14.

The BGSU main website is still active and can be accessed at www.bgsu.edu

Students and staff can still access MyBGSU and BGSU e-mail through the links at the top of the page.

All BGSU Firelands phone lines are being routed to a messaging service during the closure.

If an emergency arises during the closure periods, individuals are asked to contact the Bowling Green State University Police Department at 419.372.2346. The police will then contact the BGSU Firelands administration.
