For educators focusing specifically on teaching positions as Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12 reading teachers, the Pre-K-12 reading endorsement is attached to a valid Ohio teaching license upon completion. The Reading Endorsement requires passing the Introduction to the Teaching of Reading Praxis II Specialty Test. The sequence of courses (EDTL 6200, 6210, 6220, 6260, 6280) may be completed during the Summer Literacy Institute or during the academic year.
